1. Digital Services & Subscription Plans

• All purchases of digital business cards and subscription plans are non-refundable.
• Once a plan is activated, cancellation or refund is not possible.

2. Physical NFC Cards

• No refunds or cancellations are allowed for NFC card orders once payment is made.
• Please ensure all details (name, design, contact info) are correct before placing your order.
• If the NFC card arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) for a possible replacement—only in case of manufacturing defects.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after ordering.
• Incorrect details provided during order placement.
• Delays caused by courier, customs, or unforeseen events.
