At Vyaparcard, we provide both digital services and physical NFC cards. Our Shipping & Delivery terms vary depending on the type of product you purchase.


1. Digital Products

  • All digital business cards and services are delivered instantly via email or through your Vyaparcard account after successful payment.
  • No physical shipping is involved for digital services.

2. Physical NFC Cards

  • Orders for NFC cards are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location:
  • Within India: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your NFC card is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.
  • Vyaparcard is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
  • Any re-delivery due to an incorrect address will incur additional charges.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your NFC card arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
  • Lost shipments will be handled as per the courier company’s claim process.
